Playing Tennis Safely

Because the coronavirus has been affecting different parts of the country in different ways and with different timing, the USTA believes it will be possible for people to return to playing tennis safely in some cities and states sooner than others.

The USTA has created a "Playing Tennis Safely" document for players, in conjunction with its Medical Advisory Group and its Industry partners.

Make-up Policy for Programs:

You must register for the session make-up clinics by sending an email to ntcprograms@usta.com with the subject line Session make-ups.

Please note that we do not offer make-ups, credits, refunds, or carryovers for no-shows, same-day cancellations, or missed classes. We do offer students who have registered for full-session programs one (1) clinic during or at the end of the current session in lieu of a make-up for any one (1) missed class. To qualify to be registered for this one (1) clinic per session, the notice of a student’s absence must be sent in writing via email to the ntcprograms@usta.com mailbox at least one (1) day in advance of the absence. Spaces will be limited.

Credits, refunds, and carryovers will not be offered if you are unable to attend the make-up opportunities offered or miss more than one class.

Make-up clinics for Spring 2021

Please see the schedule online by logging into your account.

You must register for the session make-up clinics by sending an email to ntcprograms@usta.com with the subject line SPR21 session make-ups. List your name, the class you are in, and the date you missed or will miss. Without the proper information, your request for a make-up will not be honored. We are unable to accommodate make-ups for the same-day cancellations, no-shows, late cancellations, or any other make-up request outside of our make-up policy. The class schedule will vary. Please see the schedule online.

Please note that these make-ups do not include classes in the High-Performance Pathway (FTF Plus, Feeder, Elite). To arrange make-ups for these levels, please contact pinho@usta.com.

You must email your absence notice to ntcprograms@usta.com at least 24 hours in advance to request one make-up clinic from the dates listed online. Please note, credits, refunds, and carryovers will not be offered if you are unable to attend the make-up opportunities offered or miss more than one class.
