HP Junior Daytime Weekday Programs

We are introducing a new exciting High-Performance Junior DAYTIME Weekday programs in the Fall 2020.

Our High Performance Pathway follows the USTA Player Development coaching philosophy and concepts that are instrumental in long-term development of outstanding players. Our goal is to help players develop tournament mentality backed by solid parameters, fitness and strategic thinking. By providing an environment conducive to personal excellence and a progression-based teaching methodology, our program focuses on developing and attracting serious junior tournament players with high aspirations, such as college tennis and beyond.

Thursday, September 24 – Sunday, January 17, 2021

(No classes: Thursday, Nov. 26 – Sunday, Nov. 29 and Thurs., Dec. 24 – Friday, January 1, 2021)

Open to players with the following NTC ratings: Elite and Selected Feeder* Players

Candidates must be approved by Head Professional

PT 3 days (12 hours) per week Daytime Program: $6,412 for 14 weeks - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday*

*FT 3 includes Elite group registration on Wednesdays during the session.

FT 5 days (20 hours) per week Daytime Program: $9, 800 for 14 weeks - Monday through Friday**

**FT 5 includes Elite group registration on Mondays and Wednesdays during the session.

Program days cannot be altered

Monday (FT 5)

  • 12-1 pm: Off-court fitnessWhole body strength training

  • 1-3 pm: On-court training Fundamentals

  • 3-4 pm: Break

  • 4-6 pm: Elite group (On-court portion only)

Tuesday (FT 5 and PT 3)

  • 11:30-12 pm: Off-court fitness Speed and Agility

  • 12-1:30 pm: On-court training Patterns of play

  • 1:30-2:30 pm: Break

  • 2:30-4 pm: On-court training Match situations and individual work

Wednesday (FT 5 and PT 3)

  • 12-1 pm: Off-court fitnessWhole body strength training

  • 1-3 pm: On-court training Fundamentals

  • 3-4pm: Break

  • 4-6 pm: Elite group (On-court portion only)

Thursday (FT 5 and PT 3)
